Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day

• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, take(s) possession of the goods, if you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and they are delivered together; or

• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, take(s) possession of the last good, if you ordered multiple goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Confiserie Coppeneur et Compagnon GmbH, Gewerbepark Dachsberg 1, 53604 Bad Honnef; Tel.: +49 (2224) 90104-0; Fax: +49 (2224) 90104-80; E-Mail: info@coppeneur.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

You may also complete and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear statement electronically on our website (www.coppeneur.de). If you do so, we will immediately send you (e.g. by e-mail) confirmation of receipt of such withdrawal.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion and Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

• for the supply of goods which are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised;

• for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

• for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of conclusion of the contract, the delivery of which can only take place after 30 days, and whose actual value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the trader has no control;

• for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts

• for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;

• for the supply of goods which, after delivery and due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items;

• for the supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software if their seal has been removed after delivery.
