In the summer of 1993, Oliver Coppeneur and a friend founded Confiserie Coppeneur et Compagnon. Armed with the simplest of tools, they developed their first praline creations, which would later win them awards. Their masterful confections have long since found enthusiastic admirers around the world. Today, a team of over 100 highly motivated specialists—now supported by state-of-the-art technology—still pursues the same goal: the creation of a true culinary haute chocolaterie.
